WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO TO STAY SAFE:
– Please wash your hands for 20 seconds before entering our offices
– Have your temperature checked (contact-free) upon entry to our offices
– Answer our Check-In Screening questions before entering our treatment room
– Wear a mask upon arrival and during your massage therapy session

WHAT WE’RE DOING TO STAY SAFE:
– Daily health assessment of every therapist on-site
– Maintenance of 6 feet of distance between other clients/therapists
– Thorough hand washing before and after each massage session
– Extended time between sessions to allow for thorough disinfection of entire room between clients. EPA-approved Covid-19 disinfectants are used to clean massage table, face cradle, bolsters, chairs, lotion and oil bottles, tables and door knobs.
– Medical grade, waterproof, washable, hygienic, ISO 10993 certified protective coverings for massage tables, pillows, and face cradles
– Linens are disinfected at the highest temperature and all linens, including blankets and coverings, are changed between clients
– Fully ventilated treatment room, with HEPA filtration air purifier and negative pressurization
– Therapists wear masks during entire massage session
– Therapists wear gloves and face shields during massage session when necessary

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Honesty is the best policy.

We understand that clients living with cancer, chronic pain, or chronic illness may need to cancel their appointments suddenly. In these instances, you may cancel at any time at no charge.

For all other clients if you need to cancel or reschedule please give at least 48 hours notice. Cancellation within less than 48 hours will warrant 50% payment of the scheduled appointment.

Please reschedule if you are experiencing cold, flu, or covid-like symptoms. The cancellation fee will be waived and you may reschedule after you are two weeks free of symptoms.
