REVIVE, Relaxation Massage
Relaxation can be a supplemental practice for addressing the stress of daily life. As stress, depression, and anxiety attempt to steal our lives away from us relaxation massage can be a powerful aid in restoring our physical and mental wellbeing. Our Revive Relaxation Massage focuses on outcomes to reduce depression, anxiety, and stress. And it feels good too!
RESTORE, Oncology Massage
A luscious modified Swedish spa-style massage employing the safety modifications and special considerations required for those in all stages of treatment and recovery. We work to relax your body and reduce the symptoms of treatment including fatigue, nausea, neuropathy, isolation, anxiety, and stress. Whether you are in active treatment, recent recovery, or long-term survivorship touch is always possible.
RESET, Palliative Massage
The focus of our Reset massage is comfort. Our goal is to relieve the side effects you may be feeling as you receive treatment during a life-altering illness. Massage Therapy can help to reduce pain, discomfort, stiffness, sleeplessness, restlessness, and worry. Most importantly, at a time in life when the touch you may be receiving is painful, invasive, and unnerving our Reset Palliative Massage can provide comfort, nurturing, predictable, relaxing, and positive touch in the home or medical setting.
RELEASE, Painless Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage works to change the structural integrity of the body. In addition to its relaxing effect our Deep Relaxation Massage uses compression, stretching, and range of motion movements to release muscular tension, increase joint mobility, and promises to never leave you wincing in pain. This style mixes the relaxing quality of our Revive massage with the therapeutic effects of deeper work.
RECONNECT, Compassionate Touch
Touch is essential for us all. And some people – our elders, our sick loved ones, our fragile children – are not touched enough. Compassionate Touch is a gentle practice of relating human-to-human with those who need it most. Here components of touch therapy, active listening, and somatic relaxation come into play to harbor connection and comfort. These sessions are specifically designed to meet the needs of the medically-complex of all ages in the home or medical setting.
REIKI, Energetic Bodywork
Everything in nature, including you and me, has an optimal way of functioning. On those special days when you wake up in the morning and you find yourself in the “flow” you are moving with your own nature. The practice of Reiki helps to restore this natural flow in all living things. During a Reiki session the practitioner acts as a tuning fork allowing the client to rediscover their natural balance and attune to harmony. This experience can be relaxing, reassuring, and restorative.
